Acceptance of Terms
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and ArchCross. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue all access to and use of our services.

Service Scope & Architecture
ArchCross provides an integrated platform for human-AI collaboration training, digital staff collaboration, adaptive assessments, and language practice (including but not limited to Coach, Studio, Compass, and Kaico). Core functionality interfaces with advanced foundation model services (including but not limited to OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, and Dify).
You acknowledge that service delivery depends on cloud infrastructure and third-party model availability. ArchCross exercises commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform stability and performance.
Generative AI Characteristics & Verification Duty
- Probabilistic Models and AI Hallucination
-
Generative AI systems synthesize content based on statistical probabilities and have inherent technological boundaries. AI-generated instructional materials, feedback, scoring, and dialogue may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or divergent from empirical fact (commonly known as "AI hallucination").
- User Duty of Independent Verification
-
Users maintain an affirmative legal duty to critically assess and independently verify all AI outputs. AI-generated suggestions must never be treated as authoritative determinations or used as the sole basis for critical business, contractual, or personnel decisions without human review.
- Human Decision Accountability
-
ArchCross operates on the principle that "machines serve as Makers, humans serve as Checkers." AI accelerates exploration and synthesis, but definitive authority, governance, and legal accountability remain strictly with the human user.
Account Governance & Acceptable Use Policy
When accessing or using the Platform, you agree to adhere to the following standards:
- Credential Security: You must provide accurate registration details and maintain the confidentiality of your session credentials and linked single sign-on (SSO) accounts. You are solely responsible for all activities conducted under your account.
- No Reverse Engineering or Probing: You shall not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, probe, or attempt to derive underlying source code, algorithms, prompt architectures, or security controls of the Platform.
- No Unauthorized Automated Scraping: Except through documented, authorized public endpoints, the use of automated scrapers, spiders, crawlers, or batch scripts to harvest Platform data is strictly prohibited.
- Lawful Content Standards: You shall not submit, generate, or disseminate any content that violates applicable laws, infringes third-party intellectual property or privacy rights, discloses trade secrets, transmits malicious code, or engages in fraudulent or defamatory conduct.

ArchCross reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any feature or service for scheduled maintenance, operational evolution, or changes in third-party API availability. Material adjustments will be announced on the Platform or communicated via email.
ArchCross may terminate or suspend your account access immediately without prior notice upon any material breach of these Terms, infringement of rights, or security-compromising conduct, reserving all rights to legal remedies.
